Unconcerned travel requires a proper and careful preparation with an attempt to exclude or reduce any risks is a part of. During the last months before the start of the journey, we guide and support you where possible. However, not everything can be prevented in advance or can be predicted.

As a (future) participant in an ‘Educational or Individual Guided Adventurous Overland Journey’ © you rather not deal with the thought that you do not or cannot participate in the planned journey, where you have been looking forward to for such a long time, for whatever reason. In case of bad luck, illness or death of a family member, or you must return unexpectedly back home and cannot finish the trip.

To avoid any additional financial disappointment to these often already unpleasant circumstances, we recommend always a good cancellation- and travel insurance. As noted in our terms and conditions, we state that a travel insurance with worldwide coverage is required and we recommend a cancellation insurance urgently. It is important that all participants who have registered together and travelling in the same vehicle have the same insurance with the same conditions. This is very important in a case of repatriation.
